hen Ron Bulard received his DDS degree with honors from OU, he knew that his dreams were much bigger than just establishing a one-man practice in Ardmore.
Because of his deep interest in implant dentistry, in 1986 Ron created a new implant system, which soon became widely accepted.

      In 1990, he co-founded IMTEC Corporation, an international company headquartered in Ardmore, to make precision dental specialty products. And in 1996, he opened the Dental Implant Centre in New York City, while keeping his practice in Ardmore.
     Dr. Ron Bulard pursued his American Dream in Oklahoma for some very good reasons:
