ubry Harris paid his dues working since 1988 in restaurants from Ardmore to Baton Rouge.
He waited tables while he worked towards a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Oklahoma State University. Through the years, it became apparent to him that he had the gift of gab and culinary skills necessary to build his own business.
In 1993, with the strong family support of his wife, parents and brother, he opened the first Two Frogs in Lone Grove, Oklahoma. It offered an eclectic atmosphere that was visually fun and a menu that kept customers coming back for more.

Working for some large chain restaurants gave Aubry a good understanding of marketing strategies. As the restaurant grew, he knew the powerful impact interstate traffic could have on his business. In 1999, he and his wife decided to build in Ardmore. As luck would have it, a restaurant building became available within blocks of his considered location and right off the interstate. It became the Ardmore home of Two Frogs.

Aubry and his wife Angeila have traveled to many other parts of the country gathering inspiration from other food and entertainment establishments.

All the recipes, except for cheese sticks, are particularly designed for the Two Frogs menu. Since Aubry is a musician, he proudly displays his first two guitars along with others in the restaurant. He features live entertainment at Two Frogs including bands such as Tommy Castro, Oreo Blue, Oliver White, Ian Moore and the list goes on. When asked why Two Frogs is consistently in the top five inquiries on the Chamber website, Aubry credits the visual attraction of the Frogs, word of mouth, interstate advertising, hotel referrals and consistency in great food, great service for his Ardmore success.

"Ardmore offers a conducive atmosphere for my family and a chance to fill a void in the restaurant and entertainment industry between Oklahoma City and Dallas. Winter Texans from as far away as Minnesota are typical customers along with local regulars."
